We had such a great experience bringing our puppy, Nova, here for her visit. The entire staff was incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming, which made the whole appointment feel stress-free. The vet took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and treated Nova with so much care and love. You can tell they truly care about the animals and their owners. We’re so grateful to have found a vet we trust and will absolutely be bringing Nova back. Highly recommend!

-0 stars I went here with my dog, and this was honestly one of the worst veterinary experiences I’ve ever had. From the start, we had to wait about 40 minutes in a hot room before anyone even saw us. No updates, no reassurance—just waiting while my dog was clearly uncomfortable. When the veterinarian finally came in, he didn’t take any time to talk to us about my dog, try to build trust, let my dog smell his hand, have a treat or approach gently. Instead, his first instinct was to touch him harshly and immediately suggest putting a muzzle on him. Of course my dog reacted shy and moving away —this was a completely new person with no attempt at patience, calmness, or compassion. This should be basic knowledge for anyone working with animals, especially a “veterinarian”. Instead of trying different approaches to help my dog feel safe, they quickly jumped to recommending sedation and multiple tests. We only came here because we recently moved cities, but after this experience I will never be back. To make it worse, we were charged the full amount for a visit even though they barely did anything. After looking at other reviews, it’s clear we’re not the only ones who have had issues like this. No dog or owner deserves to be treated like that. Worst experience ever…

My baby Bonnie always receives excellent treatment from the staff and doctors. The prices are fair, and whenever I've had an emergency with my dog, I've always trusted the doctors, and she's received the best care. I've had my husky with them for two years, and I'm so happy I chose this vet.

They were amazing! After postponing my trip and calling 20 locations on the USDA website for pet health certification, I found Lone Tree! They were able to get me in for my cat's health certificate the same day and made the process so easy! I will be back.

I recently brought my senior Queenie in for a spay surgery, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I was very nervous beforehand, but the doctor was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and reassuring, which really put me at ease. The whole process was quick, efficient, and handled with such great care. I’m so grateful for the wonderful treatment my dog received and the professionalism of the entire team. Highly recommend!
