(from Google)Glamour Paws has been a grooming our pups for years and we are always happy to make the appts. The staff truly care about our babies. And they do a great job of grooming and even offer teeth cleaning without anesthesia! Best groomers we’ve ever had!
This is easily one of the best experiences I’ve had with a pet care business. My dog Peaches has been through a lot — she’s had six puppies, was injured when a car ran over her back legs, and struggles with urinary incontinence and separation anxiety. Despite all of that, the two women who care for her are always patient, kind, and understanding. They’ve never made her condition an issue, and that means a lot to me. I truly trust them with my pet and highly recommend them for any animal care needs.
We LOVE KAYLA and CHRIS @ Glamour Paws! WHY? So this is a fun story... my boyfriend Matt left his phone in my car when I dropped him off to run errands near Glamour Paws. He had 2 hrs he said. But then he finished in 30min and needed to call me. But no phone. And... he hasn't memorized my tel#... yet. So he went to 3 stores to borrow a phone/ ask for assistance. No one would help him... until he stepped into Glamour Paws. Chris was amazing and offered to help him in anyway. To no avail both could not find her listed anywhere online. Then Kayla arrived and suggested that Matt call his phone repeatedly knowing I would hear it ring find it and answer. 10min later I arrived for Matt. The dogs that were being groomed were all happy, owners elated with their beatiful results and the business clean and bright. We can see why Glamour Paws is a success! GOD BLESS Kayla, Chris and Glamour Paws.
Sheri did amazing with my Persian Cat He was so fluffy and matted but now he’s so soft and cleaned up
Wanna give some facts of our emotional support animal in our private practice. Chris the owner is always kind and letting Gracie come in for a haircut. However quality care should never be compromised.. Gracie was picked up after day care and 100.00 fee for haircut. However when she was picked up she was unable to open her eyes. When asked what occurred no one knew… Gracie at 8 pm was taken to Colonial hospital .Chris did an amazing job and helping us get Gracie in however, as she was picked up, she could not open her eyes and has a chemical Burn to her eyes which she was taken to colonial animal Hospital after $300 in a gram of 100 bucks where now she’s unable to open her eyes because both eyes have a chemical burn. We are very upset and sad that our family dog and emotional support animal to our practice is now unable to attend our event Today Due to negligence of the Groomer ..
