Neumeier's Rib Room

Wonderful experience at Rib Room! The food was cooked to perfection — the ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender, smoky, and full of flavor. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and the live music added the perfect touch. The staff was friendly and attentive. Definitely one of the best spots in town!

Hubs and I stopped in on a road trip for some barbecue. I got the sliced brisket sandwich and the coleslaw. The coleslaw was one of the few sides that are made in house- the others they said are premade. The meat was okay, it wasn’t the best I’ve had, but it wasn’t the worst. Hubs ordered the potato with brisket. He said he felt the same- okay, but not super. We did order the pecan cobbler for dessert. Skip it- kinda weird.

I took my wife here on the road trip up to Missouri, we were expecting outstanding barbecue. Unfortunately, we did not get it. Gotta be honest the restaurant itself was cute. Great atmosphere looks like a fun place. In a great part of town. Our waitress was great she was sweet, kind, and took good care of us We ordered and promptly received exactly what we ordered fries and a sliced barbecue sandwich each. There were enough fries on each plate to feed two people. A little portion control might be in order here. They were delicious fries. Hand cut just cooked hot delicious The problem was with the sliced brisket sandwich. The meat was rubbery, tough, and pretty bland. Very little bark They did trade me out for a pulled chicken sandwich which was better. Not good but better I can't recommend a place that I won't eat at. And I won't go back here ever. One star. At best

The food is great if you love pulled pork, chicken, and brisket. The ribs are really flavorful too. I love the outdoor area, and it's easy to get a table if you go early. If you're a smoker, you'll love the patio, but it's definitely big enough to accommodate non-smokers and not have them bothered by the smoke.
