I would like to leave a positive review for Davide at Petco. He was extremely helpful, patient, and professional throughout my visit. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I found exactly what I needed. It’s rare to meet someone so kind and attentive. Thank you, Davide, for your excellent customer service!

Highly, highly recommend training classes with Marianne! I just completed six weeks of training with my 9yo kid and our recently adopted 1yo pit mix. Marianne was deeply knowledgeable and so patient with all of us, and she made my kid feel empowered and proud :) Our pup loves her and gets so excited every time we walk in the direction of the store. The classes were fun and we learned a TON of useful skills. We will be back for advanced classes! Incredible value too, these classes are well worth the price.

I have been bringing my cat here for vaccinations and general care routine. Vets and nurses are amazing and always handle everything with love and care. Even though my cat is very calm and friendly while there, they still are really sweet and nice. Professionals. Definitely recommended

We took a puppy training class here with Marianne, and it was great! She was knowledgeable and patient and managed the dogs and humans in the class very well. Our dog learned -- or we learned how to train -- all the basics: Come, Sit, Stay, Wait, Down, Heel, etc. And the class was less than half what the other trainers in Brooklyn charge. (Though obviously I spent a ton of money at the Petco before or after the lesson -- they know what they're doing.) Recommend!

They are consistently out of stock on a lot of items, including and especially their own house brand. Also, the email promos they send are very difficult to use - took a lot of effort by the [very helpful!] cashier to get my email promo to work properly
