Ashley is the sweetest! We are thankful for her and her business! She is really good with her furry clients and their humans. Mobile grooming is a god send for me and my doodle jade.

I was really excited to utilize a mobile grooming service for the first time, especially as a busy new mom. After reading the great reviews here, I contacted Ashley on February 13th to inquire about grooming for my dog. I disclosed my city upfront, the appointment was confirmed on February 18th, and I provided my full address at that time, nearly THREE MONTHS before my appointment date. I also received an appointment reminder a week before the service. At no point during those 3 months was I told I was outside the service area. The morning of my appointment, Ashley texted to say she was running 1–1.5 hours behind. Not ideal, but understandable. What wasn’t understandable was being told before she even arrived: “I'm not sure exactly how you got on the schedule unless we made an error with your address. I'll be able to come out today because I don't want to leave you hanging but we won't be able to come out for the future.” Considering she was the person I booked directly with and had my address for months, this came across as extremely unprofessional. The wording made it feel less like she was honoring a confirmed appointment and more like she was “doing me a favor” by showing up for a service I had properly booked months in advance. What makes this even more confusing is that the Barking Bubbles website states they service locations within 25 miles of downtown Chattanooga, and my address is approximately 21 miles away. Instead of simply acknowledging there had been a scheduling oversight on their end, the communication felt dismissive and oddly accusatory, as though I had somehow misrepresented where I live. To her credit, she did still complete the service, although she arrived about 1 hour and 45 minutes late. The grooming itself was good quality, which is the only reason this isn’t a 1-star review. Unfortunately, good grooming does not excuse poor communication, disorganization, and making a customer feel like an inconvenience over an issue that should have been identified months earlier. If you book with this company, I would strongly recommend confirming *repeatedly* that they actually intend to service your area, regardless of what their website says or how long your appointment has already been scheduled.

Ashley is wonderful! Our fur baby is 16 years old! Ashley did exactly what we asked and he looks great. He came in happy and bounced around. He’s happy. Ashley is great with older dogs and we trust her completely. We would absolutely, and will use her again and again, and highly recommend her! Tebow looks great 😊 Thank you Ashley 😊😊😊 one really important thing, Tebow is elderly and has some problems with standing, Ashley assured us she would take care of him and she did. It means so much to know that our Teebs was taken such great care of. If you have an elderly pet, Ashley is the best!!!

Ashley was great. Amazing communications and service. We always took our dogs to the grooming at the vet's office, and they destroyed our corgis hair. Ashley was able to get that coat back. We have three larger dogs that we will getting a visit from Barking Bubbles very soon.

The best haircut a baby has ever had. I loved the convenience of having a groomer come right to our door. Our little immediately felt comfortable and could tell he was in safe hands!
