My order was messed up twice. I ordered a double hamburger with just meat and bread. The first time, it came with cheese. The second time, it had onions on it. Their solution was to scrape the onions off and hand me the same sandwich. I asked for a refund after the extremely rude front desk worker informed me that I should've just ordered a children's burger (but they only come as singles). For what I ate, I was not impressed. Additionally, the chili cheese dog my girlfriend ordered was cold, with the cheese never melting.

Thought I was ordering a smash burger known to be cooked well done and crispy. I just bit into a severely undercooked burger and their response was “Oh, I’ll let our cook know.” Not pleased and praying there wasn’t salmonella running rampant in the beef.

Located in Allen, The Hub is your ultimate destination for top-notch drinks (Abby the tender was very aware and able to handle serval patrons at once) delicious food, and warm hospitality by Abby the marketing guru. With a diverse drink menu and mouthwatering variety of meal choices, there's something for everyone. Plus, enjoy the cozy outdoor seating with a movie screen for added charm. Whether it's a quick bite or a leisurely evening, The Hub guarantees a delightful experience every time.

Walked in to the Hub place looked clean and went directly to Crave to order their new lunch options they are offering which is the 9 for 9. Server was nice and friendly and took my order very promptly. I decided to order the rollback burger as my option of burger, it comes with Frye and a drink. After a small wait my order was ready. I quickly noticed the size of the burger and the amount of fry’s. What a wonderful amount of food for a lunch. The burger was hot and fresh and the fry’s were made wonderfully. Only thing was the rollback sauce on the burger, a bit too salty for my likings but still had a nice kick to it. Atmosphere of this place is based on how the Hub is kept and it was a nice inviting atmosphere. The reason service lacks is that I believe they should have staff coming out and asking how the food is or at minimum greeting you when you are walking in. When you are establishing yourself, customer service is crucial. Final thought. This place was excellent and I would definitly come back again!

Ok, this is a nice little slider (think small burgers) place - think Son of a Butcher at Legacy Hall in West Plano. Each one is around $5-6, so you’ll need at least two for a decent meal. Tried the Classic (ok), the Kicker (excellent), the Lil’ Clucker (ok, they didn’t add the honey mustard) and one other that had jalapeños (very good). Boys loved the loaded fries. My daughter got the Grilled Mac and Cheese - not thrilled with that. All in all, the food is decent, the atmosphere at The Hub is awesome - definitely a place worth trying out!
