They write nothing down. No matter what to tell them, they do whatever! They pay absolutely no attention to anything you asked for! None! Just do what they want. And it’s not good! They take no pictures. And each groomer has their own “vision”! So the first time, they did a great job. Second time, I thought they write down my instructions or took a picture. No no no! They’re too busy or preoccupied gossiping among themselves for that! My sweet little puppy came out looking like a deranged lunatic with a “visor haircut” and a flat head! Back of her head was totally FLAT! Like half of brain was shaved off. This groomer HATES DOGS! Stay away! Stay very very far away. They are terrible! I had to re-cut my pup’s hair after paying the incompetent groomers $80. Go anywhere but here!

During my first appointment I really liked this place. But during my most recent appointment they had my dog there for six hours when there were only two dogs in there upon drop off. And I had an appointment!! When I picked her up she was still wet and hair was frizzy and barely looked groomed at all. Poor girl was there six hours and probably just got left there until the last hour when I imagine they just gave her a bath and trimmed her backside. I asked for an overall trim everywhere . She reeked of perfume and cried the rest of the night. She was shaking of fear . She never acts like that . Lost a good customer today. Six hours to not even look good is crazy . Do better

Today was my dog’s first time at Studio Paws. She can be a little fire cracker at almost 12 years !!! I have to say, she looks AMAZING!!!! Her prior groomer would give up because she would get very worked up. I will definitely be coming back for further haircuts

Penny and her entire staff are absolutely amazing! I have been bringing my dogs to Studio Paws for 3 years now and every single time my pups look perfect and they smell amazing too! When you love animals, it shows and this crew is the most loving to both of my fur babies. I can't recommend this place enough! Sandy & Charlie always look forward to their spa days at Studio Paws.

Okay, so this was my puppy’s first time getting groomed. I was nervous! You see so many horror cuts online and I had to be sure I was going to the right grooming place. Studio Paws has so many great reviews and I can say they’re true! I was able to talk to someone when I dropped off Daisy and share some concerns. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful. I appreciated my concerns being eased. When I picked up Daisy I was so happy! She looks even more beautiful! I totally recommend Studio Paws. I will be booking an appointment the next time my baby needs to be groomed. Studio Paws thank you for your hard work and patience!
