The Plush Puppy Pet Salon

This was the second time I took my 7 year old bichon for a full groom. The first time, I dropped him off at 7am and he was done by 9:30. Came out looking and smelling so great. 5 stars! BUT the second time, not so good. Took him in at 8am, I did not get a call until 5pm that he was ready. I called a couple of times and was told it would be soon. When I finally picked him up he was trembling so bad and looked and smelled bad. He was full of hair, so no bath was given. The cut looked rushed and so chopped. When I got him to my vehicle he drank so much water it was unreal. Im almost certain they left him in the kennel all day with nothing to drink. The lady at checkout was sort of rude and acted as if we were a bother. I will NOT be returning there. To have your pet kept in a kennel for the entire day without water and then to pay for a service that was rushed and poorly done is not for me.

I continue to have a wonderful experience with this dog groomer! The staff continues to be friendly, welcoming, and clearly cares about the pets they work with. They took the time to ask about my dog’s needs. My dog came out looking amazing—clean, perfectly trimmed, and happy! It’s clear they pay attention to detail and treat every dog with patience and care. The customer service was excellent, and they made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, caring, and reliable groomer. We will definitely continue coming back!

Having too many animals brought in on any one day is ridiculous. To keep these animals in the kennels with no food or water all damn day disgusts me. My sister's poor dogs (a 9 week old poodle mix and a 6 year old German Shepard) were asked to be dropped off at 9am and they still weren't ready at 4pm. What the hell kind of practice is that? Do better ya'll. They even showed my sister the WRONG DOG when she asked to see the baby. Disgusting 😡

Nugget (my Mom's Poodle) loves it. They are always friendly and Nugget looks and feels great when she's done.

I have an older buddy that has skin tags and arthritis. We took him because a previous shop would hold him all day long. I was absolutely pleased with the experience and will be back next month. Thank you Plush Puppy!
