(from Google)For my second time hiking it was actually easy to do and a lot of fun. There are bathrooms BUT be warned it doesn’t smell pleasant at all. But the hiking and the views were breathtaking. Make sure you wear hiking boots I highly recommend it
Easy hike for 3.5miles to the top viewing point via the Peterskill Trail. Parking is expensive $15/person.
Great hiking trails. We spotted a few rock climbers there as well.
We have been coming here for years. And it hasn’t changed which is good. The lake is beautiful, world-class hiking, and great services. I think the food at the granary could improve but aside from that great experience
This is a great location to swim! But be wary if you’re afraid of snakes. There are actual Water snakes in the water!!!!! And in the creek that feeds the waterfalls. The signs outside Is true!!! We saw a few but tons of people swimming and nobody got bitten. Supposedly they’re not poisonous. Come early the trail parking gets filled very early. No later than 11 am for sure. We came mainly for the swimming but there is a light trail off the swimming area. Swim at your own risk there are no lifeguards. Beautiful place! I recommend this place!
