Jose and his manager were great! First time looking for our new best friend and walked out with a beautiful dog! They were super knowledgeable and made our experience so great! Never failed to answer any questions we had!

This place got back really fast to us when we put in a request to meet the puppy. They have pure breeds and they have payment plans so it’s easy to get a dog you really like. Rodolfo was so excellent in helping us, he was very kind and knowledgeable.

They will not give you pricing on the phone seems odd when other similar stores do. Not a member of the BBB and reading those complains and the companies response they don't care they sold someone a sick puppy! There are reputable breeders that also offer financing options and guarantee the puppy. Don't do business here!

I got my new Pomapoo, Mikka here. She's healthy, smart and so playful. She came pre-spoiled! The store was very clean, including the holding cages. All the puppies I saw looked healthy and cared for. I've had Mikka going on 2 weeks and she is a joy. Been to the Vet & she was pronounced in good health. All the staff were knowledgeable & friendly.

I’ve been to many Petland’s, my two dogs are from one, and I have never felt sad about their state until this store. I went in on Saturday to look at some pups I saw on their website, and was extremely disappointed at the physical state they were in. If you’re going to sell puppies for thousands of dollars in a competitive market, they should at the bare minimum be well groomed. These pictures are just one kennel of many that I saw where the pups could barely see, were super matted, and their butts covered in poop. Puppies are messy and are going to get dirty quickly in these kennels. Especially on a day like Saturday when the store was not very busy and they were spending a longer amount of time in those kennels. All of the employees standing around were nice enough, but could have picked up a brush or a scissors and gave some face trims so the poor dogs could at least see. If you can’t keep up with presenting these kennels and puppies in a clean and well taken manner, then you aren’t meant to have puppies at all. Super disappointing experience. Didn’t bother seeing a pup because a business that prides themselves on “the highest standard of care” would not present this way. It felt more like a rescue/puppy mill than a reputable breeder business.
