Great selection of pet products. Every time I visit I see something new for my pups, and they have a great selection of treats that my pups love.

First-time customer experience. Associate gave misleading information about store’s return policy. Said I could make a return at time of purchase, when I went to return the item, same associate told me their refunds are for store credit only. Owners have been unresponsive to resolve this. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING HERE IF YOU MIGHT RETURN IT.

I would not recommend for families. I had a traumatizing experience with my young kids. The person at the front counter(older man/could have been the owner) yelled in my face that I should be a better parent after my 4 year old pulled a dog toy out of the package. Initially, I was going to buy the toy she removed from the package but because the man yelled at me and my children I walked out. He yelled “YOU’RE A THIEF!” As I was leaving. If you can’t handle being nice to customers then you shouldn’t be at the front desk.

We ran in here really quick looking for antlers for our dogs to chew on, specifically decent sized ones that didnt cost $50 each. To our surprise they had very decently sized ones and they were half the cost! Very happy with our purchases and the cashier was super friendly.

We stopped by to get a collapsible bowl for our pup on our first night of vacation. To our surprise, they had several sizes available. Although the shop was small, they seemed to have everything! The person working there was very nice.
