First they screwed up the blood work appointment. My dogs procedure went well for getting him fixed. However, they had no record of his follow up visit. So I called at noon today to make an appointment for my dog to be seen. He was experiencing swelling in his "area", they booked me for the next day at 2:45pm. Even confirmed this with the person on the phone. Unfortunately, when we came back from the store our dog was bleeding. I called them to see if he could be seen earlier and they claimed he had an appointment today at 3:45?!?! You would think if that was the case they would of notified me when I called today at noon. They also said they had no record of his appointment for tomorrow and refused to see my dog. He got the surgery there and because of multiple scheduling mistakes on THEIR part now they won't even see my dog. Clearly they don't care about your pets, even if they were the ones to perform the operation. Even if they screwed up multiple times. Would highly suggest finding a place that is at the very minimum competent with scheduling, and preferably a place that actually cares about your furry family members. 100% do not recommend!!! Find somewhere else to go. I'm sure they are MUCH better options. No apologies or anything, just a "our vet will not see you" as if any of this was our fault. Pathetic.

We unfortunately had to put our dog down today and I used GoodVets as it is hard to find a vet on a Sunday. I felt so bad as it was one of the techs second day there, however she and everyone there were absolutely amazing. They continually asked if we were okay and did we need more time with our girl. I do not use this vet for our girls but after today my husband and I have decided this is our new place. Thank you again for the last minute appt and all your help with our Angel. She was in good hands and she is running free.

We have tried a few vets in the area and now we have the one that will take care of our beloved fur family members. Dr Bee and his staff did an outstanding job with our Charles and made it easy for us to decide this is where we will bring the rest of the fur family. Julian took our initial call and I knew from that call we had to try this place and they won us over. Thanks for taking care of Charles today.

We had to make one of the hardest decisions yesterday and put our sweet baby down. All the woman in this office made the process so much easier than I had expected. They were so loving, empathetic, and gave my sweet girl all the love she needed in her last moments. I will forever use this vet for all my animals. Thank you to all the ladies who were with us yesterday. I couldn’t imagine doing what you do. Appreciate you all.

I want to thank Brooke, Dr Tilley and the team at good vets for helping examine Boston and provide the proper first steps of treatment. Boston ended up needing an endoscopy and Brooke took the time to call ahead to other places in the valley helping me schedule the soonest available. Boston had his surgery and his dental last Thursday and everything came back great! They were able to remove the large mass and came back as just a benign growth. No cancer! 🙏🏻 Thank you so much to the team at Good Vets for getting Boston in so quickly and taken care of! I would highly recommend Good Vets to everyone in the valley!
