I have always had good customer service whenever I visit the store. They are very knowledgeable and willing to help. Also they always have a lot of good stuff on sale!!!! They keep my dogs happy!

After shopping here for several years, I recently had an experience that made me reconsider where I purchase my pet supplies. A few days ago, I made a $150+ purchase for my four pets. Once I got home, I realized some items were the wrong size and went to exchange them. During the return process, the cashier noticed that one item from my original purchase had not been charged. I was unaware of this, as the total was already over $150. The manager was called over, and the interaction quickly felt uncomfortable. The item was taken back, and while I understand correcting a billing mistake, the tone of the interaction felt cold and accusatory. At no point was there acknowledgment that the error occurred during checkout, nor was there any effort to make the situation feel neutral or understood. Instead, I left feeling embarrassed and as though I had done something wrong, when it was simply an oversight. As a long-time customer, I expected a bit more professionalism and empathy in how the situation was handled.

Store has great selections for every pet you can think of. Ened up getting a collar, leash, outfit, shampoo, and her some new meal bowls

This store is very well stocked. So many brands and varieties that I haven’t seen at other places like Walmart or petco. I think a lot of the name brand supplies are also a lot cheaper compared to other stores. It was also very, very clean inside which is always a plus! However, I did check out the fish and it was a little saddening. Beta fishes are in small containers and not sure if that’s how it’s supposed to be as I’ve seen it in other pet stores but it was the other fishes that caught my attention. The dead ones. There were quite a few when I looked. Maybe just check in on time to time to clean out the deceased. So for that reason, the dead fish, is why I’m giving it four stars. Thank for reading my review.
