I shouldn’t say I like this place, bc I would like to keep it a secret, but it’s a great park!! Frisbee golf is super popular here. I just like to walk around the mini lake.

This park is a beautiful hidden gem in the middle of the northwest metro. It is great to find wildlife as I often find wood ducks, cranes, turtles and eagles in this area. When it's too sunny and hot, I like to walk around this park (a little over a mile if you begin at the Dog Park side of the creek). There's plenty of shade and lots to see and hear. There is a disc golf course within, but it's mostly away from the walking trails. I love the creek when it is flowing, as well as the mature beech and oak trees all over the area. Gorgeous park.

Very nice park, big open space for dogs to run around and lots for them to sniff. There are two separate parks, one for small dogs and one for big dogs. The regulars are always super nice with cute dogs. Right next to a nice long trail for the dogs too. One of my favorite dog parks in the Twin Cities area, next to Minnehaha

I looked up "fishing pier near me" and Bassett Creek popped up, BUT DO NOT FISH THERE. The water is so polluted and is not suitable for fishing and the dock/ Pier that you walk out onto is broken in several places I took a few steps onto it and it is broken in at least a dozen different spots where there's some haphazard bandages trying to hold it together but which is one person on it the whole thing started coming apart and there's no sign warning you or anything so I would advise everybody not to go fishing there but as far as a frisbee golf place to go to it seems excellent and there were leagues playing there at the time and it seems like a nice picnic area and walking trail I just definitely would not fish there

Amazing place. One of my favorite parks of all time. It has a strange quality that makes you feel as if you've been transported back into Victorian England. At least for me.
