Country Oaks Animal Hospital

I picked my 2 dogs up from boarding. One wasn’t feeling well when I picked him up, they went above and beyond to make sure my little guy was feeling better! The team was fantastic! Very happy with the customer service of the entire staff- including both veterinarians!

So compassionate, absolutely the most friendly and thoughtful staff at this place. We were going thru the worst thing losing our pet. I was absolutely blown away with the effort they put in for us and our pet they worked with us on the cost and Dr.Ortiz was so informative his level of knowledge made everything understandable and we had all information necessary to make one of the hardest decision of our lives. A million thanks yous go out to the entire staff at country oaks veterinary office. I would recommend them to everyone I speak to.

Great first visit! They had a few unexpected walk in emergencies but still spent adequate time with us. Dr. Marc is very knowledgeable and both he and the office manager Melissa made us feel at ease with our dog's issues. I appreciate they took the time to explain everything and were very kind. The overall price of everything wasn't too bad. We found our new vet home!

The entire staff is incredible! The vets are very patient. One of my dogs gets very nippy. I do muzzle her. But, the vets take their time. Get on the floor with them and take time to gain their trust. They also care very much for what is fur parents are going through when we are so worried about what is going on. Price, they are very fair.

Our experience here with when we brought my boyfriend’s cat Sage, was phenomenal. They worked with us financially and we opted for a more affordable treatment and he is getting better every day ❤️ I’m so thankful. Thank you to Dr. Ortiz and the entire staff
