We had to rush our Samoyed, Luka, to this wonderful facility on 2/14, as he was experiencing breathing and coughing issues. We cannot fully express our heartfelt gratitude to Dr. McKee and the entire kind staff who so lovingly cared for our Luka. Their kindness and genuine concern for patients and their families is absolutely remarkable and worthy of the highest praise. We were so distraught by our Luka’s condition but, as soon as he was seen, our distress became lessened by the warm, gentle care they provided and by the informative care plan that Dr. McKee explained in such detail to us. We join our Luka in sending the entire staff our sincere gratitude!❤️

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this emergency vet hospital. I brought my Samoyed, Luka, in when he started experiencing a dry cough and sniffles, and as any pet parent knows, that can be really scary. From the moment we walked in, the team was incredibly kind, accommodating, and reassuring. They treated Luka with so much care and compassion, and you could genuinely tell they love what they do. The staff moved quickly and were extremely thorough - they ran an abundance of tests to make sure nothing was missed and diagnosed him right away with kennel cough. A very special thank you to Dr. McKee, Carlos, and Shane for being so attentive, gentle, and caring. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure both Luka and I felt comfortable throughout the entire visit. BIG thank you from Luka 💙🙏🏻

Took my pup in due to being very sick. They got right to her. Started doing tests right away. Very caring. Needed to be admitted to do more testing. They took very good care of her. Able to visit anytime and call to get updates.

Above and beyond care, communication of surgery plan/cost/after care and providing us with a specialty vet in our home area for after care or any follow up that our vet couldn’t provide. As a client visiting the area I would highly recommend after the traumatic, scary emergency we had. This is the absolute best place! The people are caring and they loved my cat like he was their own. They took great care of him. They were very thoughtful and coordinated in their decision making and explained everything to us thoroughly giving us all the options for us to make informed decisions. I wouldn’t hesitate to take little Hank (who is still stable even though we have to help feed him) or any of my pets here!
