(from Google)This was my second interaction with this clinic, and it will absolutely be my last. My first visit already raised red flags. I brought my cat in for discomfort and possible ear mites, yet the vet tech on duty was unable to complete the most basic part of the exam. She said she “didn’t feel comfortable” looking into my cat’s ear because my cat let out a single hiss. There was no aggression, no attempt to scratch, no attempt to bite. Just normal feline discomfort at being handled while they were in pain. A veterinary professional should be trained to safely and confidently work with animals in those situations. If a routine ear check is too difficult, then perhaps this is not the right line of work. Today only confirmed that this clinic is not worth returning to. I tried to obtain my cat’s medical records and request the medication they themselves recommended to prepare my cat for another appointment. The morning staff member was curt but at least helpful with the records request. However, when I spoke with Brett in the afternoon, he was unnecessarily rude. The clinic had previously recommended gabapentin before appointments, and the dosage is clearly listed in my cat’s chart. Yet Brett made a big issue out of the fact that I had only visited the clinic once and refused to provide the medication, despite it being their own documented recommendation. Needless to say, I did not make another appointment with them. Unprofessional and disappointing service from start to finish. I will not be returning.
Highly recommend! This clinic is very clean and the staffs there are super responsive, my pet needed some travel documents as our family are moving across the country and they made it happened! The staffs and doctor Cote, are very responsive and their fees are much more reasonable than our old clinic. We highly recommend them
I love the proximity of this vet and have had positive experiences with Dr. Rosen in the past. Unfortunately, I will no longer be bringing my dog here. My decision is based on a very unpleasant phone interaction with the front desk. I called about bringing my dog in today to get him checked for an infection. I was told there was no availability today (that’s okay because I knew it was a long shot!) but tomorrow (Saturday) was an option. When asking about pricing, I was cut off mid-question and told that she was “trying to explain,” only to repeat exactly what she had already said — without ever actually answering my question about cost. When I did receive an answer, she said the prices don’t fluctuate and would be the same. When I asked follow-up questions to understand this, the tone became increasingly rude. After more back-and-forth, she finally explained further — and it became clear pricing was actually not the same, which only added to the frustration. When it comes to veterinary care, communication and compassion are just as important as medical expertise. It is extremely off putting when the first point of contact lacks professionalism and basic courtesy.
I've been taking my cat here for years. I found a vet I really liked and seemed to care about my cats health Dr. Mats Koelemij. However this place has become SO expensive it is no longer reasonable to take my cat here and I will be going elsewhere. I recently took my cat in for a nail trim (was $30 previously) and now they charge $70 to trim your cats nails. I wasn't told cost beforehand and was shocked by this price at check out. The person at the front desk told me there was nothing they could do and they had zero control over the prices (fair enough). So I paid and left. I filled out an online forum saying the price was over double what I was charged last time for a nail trim and never heard back. Save your money. Go somewhere else.
I’ve been taking my dog to this Vet for the past three years. The veterinarians and technicians are patient, communicate well, and provide excellent care. However, the front desk staff are one of the rudest people. Their communication is subpar; they don’t acknowledge you when you walk in or when you leave the appointment room. We were waiting to pay our bill and for an update on our prescription. They ignored us when we were standing in front of them. Another customer walked in and they immediately looked up and talked over my wife and me. After waiting for their conversation to end, we took a more direct approach and they immediately gave us attitude. I then complained about their communication directly to them and they rolled their eyes and were dismissive. Ayoub and the other person working on 12/23/25 around 3 PM need re-training. I am no longer going to this Vet.
