My oh my. Love the groomer's vibe. They did everything we asked and my pups came out cute. They even managed to shaved my naughty Mochi's paw fur and nail. Happy with their service. Highly recommended!

I used this grooming service for seven months, bringing in two Standard Poodles every 2–3 weeks, both of which are show dogs. Unfortunately, my experience was consistently disappointing. One being Champion and working toward International Championship. The groomer was resistant to direction and did not maintain the requested cut. She significantly altered the pattern on my Champion male, who originally had a perfect show trim. The rosettes were made square and oblong, the tail was cut too short, and the poms on the feet were uneven and angled instead of straight. Despite being told the coat was growing in, she continued trimming areas that should have been left alone. Basic care was also lacking. Toenails were often not done unless specifically requested, and both of my dogs experienced ongoing ear issues throughout the time we used this groomer. Additionally, the shop itself was noticeably dirty and lacked proper ventilation, with hair and debris in the air. For owners who expect consistency, cleanliness, and attention to detail—especially for show-quality dogs—I cannot recommend this grooming service. I requested invoices and never received any. I spent some $ 5,000 and when I complained was told to take my dogs elsewhere. Clearly lacking business savvy.

If you’re looking for someone who specializes in poodles (about 95% of her clients) and has the skill, creativity, and genuine love for dogs to make them look their absolute best, “The Chop Shop-by SCS Poodles” is the place to go. She turned my dirty fluffball into a showstopper, and I couldn’t be happier!

Morgan and Kylee have been grooming my poodles since 2014. When I take my pups out in public they are certainly head turners! I know these girls love my pups almost as much as I do so I never have to worry when I leave them.

My standard poodle Ciray loves Morgan! This business knows how to groom a standard poodle! Ciray gets lots of attention anytime she has been groomed by Morgan’s magic hands. Reasonable prices and my dog always looks forward to getting groomed!
