Heirloom - A Milltown Eatery

Our server, Kaylin was exceptional! The food was presented beautifully, and tasted even better. We did not have reservations. And it was handled in a very unfortunate way. We were made to feel less than. The manager had every chance to make up for it. Witnessing the whole event. But chose not to. So, have reservations or be banished to the bar!. The bar was beautiful too. Five star rating is for Kaylyn, the service and the exceptional food. I will be back, but I will have reservations in advance.

From the moment we walked in, this place completely won us over. Every detail—from the calming, stylish atmosphere to the exceptional food—felt thoughtfully done. We’re the type who loves to sample everything, and on this visit we went all in with multiple appetizers, entrees, desserts, and cocktails. Not a single dish missed the mark; each one was memorable in its own way. What truly elevated the experience, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, which made the night feel extra special. The space itself was warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxed, indulgent evening. This is one of those rare spots that delivers on every level, and we’re already looking forward to coming back again.

Wow! What a treat tucked away here by the mall/Costco…came for our anniversary dinner. DW experienced Heirloom during an event at the 1880 next door - so she had the shrimp and grits which were just out of this world. I had the burger - it was really, really good. The toppings/fixings were super flavorful, and complimented (not overpowered) the burger flavor. What a treat and just an enjoyable dinner. Bonus: Autumn, our server, was just jewel. Attentive, professional, and super personable - I love a skilled server who actually looks like they are enjoying the work! Great job, Autumn - thanks making our night! PS. Bread Budding desert was a super finish!

We had a nice intimate meal with family. The reservation came in handy. The food came out in a reasonable time and was absolutely fantastic. I had the pork chop and my wife had the trout. We also had a few burgers that were ordered at the table and I unfortunately wasn’t able to get a picture before they were consumed. Everything was perfect. The noise level of the restaurant was perfect as well. Drinks were always kept full and our sever was very attentive.

My Birthday Dinner! The atmosphere was great, as was the service thanks to our waitress Autumn! The food was really great!! We had: Appetizer: Cheddar Hoe Cakes, My meal: Mine: Smokey NC Trout pan seared with smoked salt My hubby’s: Country Fried Steak My birthday dessert. . . Bread Pudding with Caramel Sauce and Coconut Ice Cream!! Will definitely be returning!
