Cashier was by herself, but did a great job getting me through line . Really liked half off Christmas pet toy section. Got a few goodies for my cat , and future Christmas gifts for my pet buddies next year.

Ordered online very easy..got notified when order was ready. Would have given them a 5 but went to purchase more of the same product I bought and the flavor I wanted the shelf was bare so not sure if they didn't have time to restock or it's really popular but price was really good so will continue going there my cat loves it.

This was my first time taking my pup to Greyson the Groomer, and I was thoroughly impressed. Greyson clearly takes pride in his work and accommodated our last-minute appointment. My dog looked fresh, clean, and much more put-together. The friendly and welcoming staff in the store made my experience even better. I plan to return in the future.

I have come to this establishment several times with the hopes of better service than the previous visits. I was gravely mistaken. Not once have I been acknowledged or even helped at this location. Although it is a pet store, it really shouldn't have the odor of an unclean, filthy, poverty ridden existence of a house full of unclean animals. You all really need to get it together.

If I could leave 0 stars I would! I paid more than $70 for this?!! I deliberately asked the groomer NOT to touch her ears! She has this uneven piece just chopped off on one ear, I am LIVID! I asked for her NOT to be shaven down and she was. I cannot believe they returned my dog looking like this! She looked a million times better before her haircut. I had a wonderful experience before with Tiffany but she was not in today so they assigned Emmanuel for her grooming. I chose the holiday package which included a bandanna, did not receive one. It also included cinnamon spritz which would have her coming out smelling of Christmas and she does not! I paid for that service and did not receive it! My husband picked her up so I just saw her when she got home, I have called them and there has been no answer. I will never take my dog here again if they will do whatever they want and not follow what has been asked for. Save your money and don’t put your pet through such a horrendous haircut! I would have done a much better job! Update: I took her back to try to fix it since Christmas is this Saturday. Will was very helpful and apologetic. He tried to even out the horrible cut. I truly appreciate him but there was not much he could do. I did not receive a refund and am very unhappy with the entire situation.
