BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

Karo was fantastic!!! We had a big party and he was attentive and kind! I also watched him wait all of his tables with the same amount of care and effort. Karo also was so patient with all of our little ones wanting to order themselves and brought out some goldfish for them while they waited for their meals. I also appreciate how he started off by asking if there were any allergies , though we had none it’s the thoughtfulness I appreciated. Truly one of the best dining experiences my family has had. Thank you, Karo!!

We had such a wonderful time at BJ’s thanks to Karo. He was professional and very attentive throughout our entire meal. He checked in at the perfect times and made sure everything was just right. Thanks to Steven A. my Father and I thoroughly enjoyed our lunch! He was awesome to suggest the lovely bread to go with our soups! So friendly and always smiling and attentive. Very hard to find people like that with a great positive attitude anywhere anymore. Thank you so much!

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant and can’t recommend it enough. The pizza was absolutely delicious, fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with quality ingredients. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal for game night. Even though the restaurant was very busy that night, the service never felt rushed. Our server, Andrea, was outstanding, she was attentive, friendly, and professional the entire time. Despite how busy she was, Andrea made sure we were taken care of and checked in on us regularly. Great food, great atmosphere, and excellent service made this a memorable visit. I’ll definitely be coming back.

At the Puente Hills location .. sat at the bar and Jason was out bartender/server. Great service, great conversation! And after all these years coming to BJs, we had noo idea there was a Beer Club till Jason mentioned it! We signed right up!! Had a great experience and a great deal walking out of here
