Laziest staff at a Tsc I’ve ever dealt with. Why offer the curbside option if I’m going to be waiting for 10 min only to have to go inside to get my order anyway… twice? Also, don’t go near closing time if you’re expecting them to help in any way.

Every time I try to place a pickup order with multiple items, they all end up at several different stores for pickup. It shows in stock at yours but then clearly it's not. There shouldn't even be an option for items to be dispersed amongst the City of Lubbock. And the only way to fix it is to cancel the entire order and start over.

This place scammed me on chicks. I bought what was suppose to be 18 blue laced golden Wyandottes (premium pullets), 6 rare pullets. And others. None of them were what they said they were. Turned out we got a bunch of aggressive game birds. Not the what we paid for. I guess this is normal for TS. They shouldn’t advertise and charge premium prices if they don’t know what they are selling. Spent almost 300. On chicks. Very disappointed. Learned a lesson. Never buy chicks from here.

I would give zero stars if I could, we bought 4 buff orphington egg layers and they are doing great, we then bought 5 Cornish cross chickens and they passed away this morning, we called them and asked how long exactly the warranty is and instead of giving us a timeline we were met with a very bad attitude and asked “well the first thing I’m gonna ask you is how long ago did you buy them” I told him 10 days and he said we won’t warranty them for 2 weeks I asked about what the warranty policy is and was met with udder disregard and disrespect. Those chicks are not cheap and the fact that yall wouldn’t make this right is just down right wrong.

At the Brownfield location I'm always greeted and asked if I need any help. I come here 2 or 3 times a month to get cat and dog food. They always have what I'm looking for. Store is clean and employees are very helpful.
