Food is hit or miss (not the best, average to poor quality) However, service has been consistently great. Very limited parking so plan accordingly. Let's face it, you come here for the views from the outside upper deck. Make sure you catch a sunset. Outstanding views.

Limited parking under restaurant, beautiful first floor bar and table seating. Beach front gorgeous view with patio seating and indoor bar, gift shop, booths and tables. Super fresh food. Tuna bowl, steak, coconut shrimp, steak. Our server was excellent. Clean, fresh, local spot

Caddy’s is right on the beach, and you can have an outdoor table with a full view of the ocean. If you are there for dinner, bring your sunglasses or wear a hat, because the sun can be intense. The food was good - our group had a variety of menu items.

Came in for my birthday and was not disappointed, live music by a great 2 man band, killer drinks, foodgasmic calamari with delish sauce and best key lime pie in the area. Our server was on his game and super chill vibes. Beautiful atmosphere and great place for killer sunsets. Will definitely be back.

We love this place!! My family went 2 years ago originally to Treasure island and after sitting the sand unprepared. We looked at some restaurants and this one is the best!! The food is amazing the staff are awesome and overall the view. We consider one of our favorite restaurants in Florida since we snowbirds. For anyone new, you should tip the person to give you chairs and an umbrella. Everything is a 10/10
