(from Google)We did not order an entree. We had drinks and appetizers which were ok. The empanadas were delicious; the old fashion and lemon drop martini were also good. However, the provoleta was a let down and that is what I was most excited about and wanted. The toasted bread was extremely hard and had some unflavored herbs on it. The provoleta cheese when it first comes out, it is unreal...the cheese pull on it, is crazy good. It comes in a cast iron skillet but if you do not eat it within 10mins, the cheese is almost like rubber after that, so we were able to get a total of 4 decent servings and then we were not able to pull the cheese from the skillet: which did not make much sense because the skillet was still very warm to hot. As for the atmosphere, it is lackluster and underwhelming; hardly any decor, the table we had was missing a pad or peg, or something bcuz it rocked at times. Also, I am not a fan of having tables and chairs for dining, right at the door/entrance of a restaurant for multiple reasons, IMO (safety, sanitation, temperature). Lastly, the waitress we had, did a great job...she smiled, greeted us, seated us, and checked on us. I may or may not give this place another try...just not sure yet, but I plan to stay away from the provoleta, if I do return.
The food here was so good. We all got multiple empanadas and they were so amazing. Golden, flaky, and so delicious. The Alfredo pasta was very rich! Highly recommend. Our server was pretty uninterested and served us our food cold. It took a while for her to bring the food out so we kind of assumed she forgot about us. :/ The restaurant was super cute. The outside seating looks real cool and the interior was decorated well.
Chorizo and entraña were spot on. Milanesa was just like abuela’s recipe. Empanadas were authentic- beef was the favorite at the table. Fuggazeta was good, but would be better with light oregano. Overall, great Argentine meal- definitely check it out!
Delicious! Very happy to find this place! Vegetables were all excellent, sauce is amazing, Pollo / Chicken Breast could've been cut a little better (difficult in a hotel) but the taste is amazing and it was cooked properly, all that matters. Will definitely order from them again when I'm back in town!
This is my favorite Door Dash spot. The desserts are all delicious (especiallythe cake), the pizza is cheesy and has a great crust. I love the empanadas too. I cant wait to try more variations.
