Went tk see this lake during late fall. The lake park was closed. The lake appears to be a man made lake and would be good for basic water sports but like SUP or kayaking but it is a small lake near farm land
I have lived in the Sioux Falls area for about 10 years and never knew about this gem of a spot. Very peaceful, great scenery, and clean beach. I will definitely get a season pass for here for 2024.
I love coming year as the sun sets, it's so pretty to watch even though you don't get to see the sunset it looks so pretty. Awesome place to look at stars from the beach.
