Kendra was incredibly communicative throughout the entire process and patiently answered my many questions. She set us up with Kaylee, who my dogs adored from the moment they met her. After seeing how well Kaylee cared for my pups and how happy they looked in their photos, I immediately booked another session. Bonus points for their website, which makes it easy to schedule and pay for services, as well as update both your information and your pets’ details. I’m so glad we found them and would absolutely recommend their services!

Amazing experience! True animal lovers! It was our first time leaving our babies alone while going away on vacation, while we were nervous it was clear from day 1 we had nothing to worry about! We received pictures and updates daily of all of our animals. When we returned you could tell they got plenty of attention while we were away and were truly loved! Thank you for taking great care of our babies!

I would only trust our 3 dogs with Playful Paws for watching them whenever we are out of town. Kendra is amazing and truly cares about the service she offers and makes sure of any special needs prior to watching our dogs. Kendra or Rosie stay overnight at our house when we are away, it is was like one of our family members when Rosie “babysat “ the dogs while we were away. They treat your pets as their own. From the moment I met Ms Kendra she was so kind, accommodating, trustworthy and responsible. My pup immediately took to her . I never worried a day on my trip because Kendra went out of her way to send me daily updates with photos which really put my mind at ease . Knowing I had someone with such character allowed me to enjoy my trip. It’s hard to entrust your fur baby and home to someone but I never once had to worry. Kendra really went the extra mile to come meet my girl on a Sunday afternoon, n a last minute emergency situation and even picked her up and dropped her off !!! When I arrived home my pup was content and calm . Kendra even took my trash barrels in for me !!! I can’t tell you enough how grateful I am that I found Playful Paws and Ms Kendra. She will now be part of our family! Xx

Kendra was kind, professional and communicative from the time I first reached out to her until she was finished taking care of our pets for us. We’ve never left our dog for this long with someone she doesn’t know and we worried how things would go. Kendra sent us an update each time she went to visit with photos showing happy, playful pups.
