I finally made it to try out the city park walking track. When I pulled in around dinner time, there was plenty of places to park my vehicle. Because parts of the track are straight, I can also walk backwards to build muscle strength, and improve balance and gait. There is some workout equipment located along the track, and what I particularly like is that there are some stairs where I can practice my knee strengthening exercises. I would appreciate some exercise workout ideas posted by the track equipment. I wish the track wasn't located by a heavy, noisy traffic area, however, but I am grateful to have the walking track to use. There are also restrooms adjacent to the track.

well, open clean, cut and maintenance park. Nice smooth, gravel walk trails around baseball fields across the street from the cemetery not a whole lot of traffic very peaceful. Also has very clean public bathrooms and calisthenic workout platform that not only stands out but is in good condition and above fair equipment.

Visited to run/walk. Well marked trails. Lots to do at the park. They have large dog park. Lots of ball fields. There's a water park area but was closed. Nice playground for kids. All in all a nice place to visit.

Our travel ball team is always having tournaments here, and it's one of my favorite fields. There's plenty of shade trees, and fields for the tots to roam and play. Not a fan of the huge dips at the entrances, nor do I care for the gravel they laid connecting the fields. It makes it almost impossible to pull a pram, bag, or even a cooler. That aside, the park also has some equipment around the track so you can incorporate other exercises into your walk/run, along with public restrooms that are decent. Our family looks forward to the next tournament at this park!
