Nature's Pet Market Orenco Station

This is definitely one of my every time I’m in Portland I go kinda spot. I can’t say enough about how great this place is. My baby hippos agree and are always super excited to get new goodies when we come to town. I’d say definitely worth the visit if you’re not from Portland and if you’re a local, then ya gotta go if you haven’t. An have fur or furless babies ya wanna spoil. This review was not paid for. I jus love NPM.

Great location. Friendly and helpful staff Everytime we have came in for the last month now. Today I got extra answers on questions to help my dog with anxiety at our new place cause neighbors don't always understand they live in apartments with other people/kids/pets and can't close doors and cupboards or walk like respectful adults. 🫣😔 So happy to now be bringing my pup here for years to come. Loves her new bone ❤️

I’m very disappointed. I have been a loyal customer for many years. I trust the staff and am always treated kindly. I loved shopping here. Normally, I am greeted when I walk in the door. On this day, I was not greeted by anyone. My cat, who is aging and dealing with kidney problems, has not been tolerating the food I purchased less than two weeks ago. A return has never been a problem for me in the past. I was planning to return my cats’ food since she has been vomiting since I purchased it. I spent some time looking over other options for pet food and not once did the employee offer any assistance to me. After speaking with the employee(a new person) he told me that I could not return the food and laughed at me for bringing in my return of the pet food which my cat had been unable to eat and was vomiting daily. He openly mocked me and made me feel uncomfortable. Then, the employee asked me if I had an “intimate relationship”with the other employees because I had mentioned that I had not had a problem previously with returning products in the past. I won’t shop here again, sadly. 😣

While shopping in the area, I went to Nature's Pet Market Orenco Station and looked around. It was filled with many different toys, accessories, and pet foods for cats and dogs. The staff was nice, friendly, and very helpful. Some items are pricier than in other stores or online. But with that in mind, if you are ever in the area, I would recommend having a look for yourself and seeing what you can find.

amazing staff and high quality goods, my cats loved the toys. Don’t mind him not looking at it he was playing with it 10 seconds before I pulled out my phone to take the photos. My cats are happy and I’m happy. they have a good selection of products from toys to food, litter, harnesses, mats. anything you could think of for a cat or a dog is probably there and all the brands are really good brands. Every time I go its a good experience
