El Meson Sandwiches

Normally love El Meson! This was a terrible disappointment. Ordered a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich, with extra cheese. One half of the sandwich had no bacon or extra cheese. Just barely half an egg. With a cold peice of cheese. The other half had a pile of bacon, no egg, and two slices of cold cheese. The sandwich wasn't pressed, just cold bread, with mayo, and I asked for butter. Boo.

I like to provide a fair feedback on the strengths and the weaknesses of a restaurant. I will start with what it needs to improve on: Customer service: The customer experience entails the whole process of getting one’s food and I must say they truly need to improve on their customer service provided through the drive-through. The wait time is horrid and if they can’t handle one lane, imagine two. I spent 35 minutes in the drive-through and on top of this, drivers here don’t know how to do the zipper merge and you have to struggle to get back in the lane just to get your order, usually resulting in someone who ordered after you, is getting their order first. Which by then, by the time you get to get your order it might be cold. Therefore, I strongly suggest to not use the drive-through unless you don’t mind an extra long wait and people cutting in front of you for the lack of knowing how to zipper merge. On its strengths: The food tastes great, I have had multiple items from their menu and all have been good. All in all I will be giving them 3 stars, losing 2 due to lacking on the customer service side.

This was a new location for this franchise. The sandwiches were excellent. Freshly made. Very popular with locals. I've always seen long lines on the drive thru. We walked in ordered and our food was done within about 10 minutes. Sandwiches were hot and tasted good. Suggest you get app to get better picture if menu. I oder the pernil and Turkey combo meal.

Great service and food variety. The price is a little high and the portions are not as generous as the beginning, but are still decent. Great place! This is my wife's favorite fast food restaurant in Puerto.

Food was good, keep the standard of others from the same chain. In this specific location, employees need to be better organized or the supervisor should review his notes about efective and efficient way to manage employees. There were 13 visible employees. Most with duplicated roles but yet took more than 25 minutes to take my order. In other Meson's locations, the most I waited is 8-10 minutes with half of the employees.
