Great Staff, Very helpful and good selection of feed and supplies.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Bias and attitude—masked as “policy” I’ve been a loyal customer here since 2021, buying all my horse feed and supplies without issues—until now. I picked up the wrong feed after they rearranged the pallets and started stacking similar-looking products differently. I slightly opened the bag inside my car, realized it wasn’t what I usually buy, and returned it within minutes. Instead of understanding, I was questioned for nearly five minutes while the staff called the owner. She asked for my name, number, looked me up in the system—and possibly the cameras—before deciding “no returns.” This wasn’t just poor customer service. It felt targeted. I was treated like a problem, not a paying customer. The tone, the delay, the digging—it all screamed bias. I’m done giving this place my business. The owner’s behavior was dismissive, unnecessary, and frankly, nasty. This store may carry the Ace name, but it doesn’t represent the brand’s values. Be warned.

Well organized. Had everything we needed. Very helpful & polite young man as we located what we needed and we had come in just before closing. We will be back even though it's not close to where we live. Would rather a small store with impeccable service would have our business than amazon or a big box store. And the prices were less than we pay when ordering from those places. Well done!!!
