Love the veterinarian here. What I don't love is the office incessantly calling my phone about confirming appts. Ridiculous. I didn't respond because I work nights so they decided to text my emergency contact. Will not be returning because of this alone. I have never felt more harassed by a vet clinic than this one. Please do not call my phone any longer I will be coming to my appointment but that will be it for me. The cancellation fee should be enough incentive alone.

Absolutely amazing service. We had an emergency and called at least five vets prior to here with no luck. Hill top was able to squeeze us in between appointments with the best care for my dog. Even though we didn’t have an appointment, we were not rushed by any means. The pricing was also super affordable for the quality of care. Definitely recommend.

This is the hardest review I’ll ever write, but the staff here deserve all the praise I can give. We brought our epileptic pitbull, Harvey, in during a severe status seizure, and they were the closest clinic able to take him immediately. From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and compassionate. The vet was honest and straightforward while doing everything possible to help Harvey. When it became clear he wasn’t going to come out of the seizure, the staff gave us space to talk as a family. Harvey crossed the 🌈 bridge shortly after, and they supported us through every step—with tissues, reassurance, and genuine empathy. The Vet talked us through each step and prepared us for what was going to happen. I had my 5-year-old daughter with me, and one of the staff members kindly offered to walk her around during the procedure. They even gave her a coloring book, crayons, and a little toy cat she now sleeps with every night. She says it makes her feel closer to Harvey since that is the last place she got to be with him. That kindness meant the world to us. They let us stay with Harvey as long as we needed and treated him—and us—with so much respect and compassion. I will never forget their care during such an incredibly painful moment. I am forever grateful to this team. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything.

I called there this morning as my vet for the past 30 years could not see me until next week. My dog had a UTI and was not doing well. Not only did they work me in they were unbelievably friendly, thorough and Very professional. For having a UTI my dog was the most relaxed I’ve ever seen her at the vet. Dr. Vu was excellent with my dog and explained everything thoroughly. Obviously, we have found a new home for our beloved dog when it comes to her healthcare. Thank you, hilltop veterinarian clinic for showing there is still customer service and compassion in business today.

Do to their negligence my cat suffered unnecessarily and died. After her first appointment at this clinic she continued to suffer from for severe diarrhea and lethargy. She refused to eat. I continued to reach out to them for another appointment. Putting aside my pleads for help, they repeatedly told me that they were completely booked. I was assured that the vet (owner) would call me. He never called. If you love your pet avoid this clinic.
