Wonderful vet office! I took my cat, Willy, here to get his yearly vaccinations and I was very pleased with my visit. All the staff were friendly and informative. Everything transitioned smoothly and I didn't have to wait long. Dr. March was thorough in her examination and was very pleasant. Definitely recommend taking your pets here!

Best vet in Columbia! I use to go to another clinic in town and they just couldn’t resolve the issues my Frenchie had. I was referred to Dr. S for a second opinion and she made such a huge difference in the quality of life for my pup. Kiki had constant issues with her tail pocket. I tried antibiotics and medicated wipes but it was constantly oozing and uncomfortable. She also hated her prescription dog food and needed surgery to correct her breathing issues but couldn’t afford the cost at the other clinic. Dr. S resolved all issues! Transferring care was the best thing I ever did for Kiki. I wish I could post before and after photos. Kiki came in with nasal hyper keratosis that recommend expensive salves did nothing for, red itchy paws, and inflamed baboon butt from constant rubbing from irritated tail pocket. Within 2 weeks of first visit paws, nose and skin on butt were pretty much resolved. I was previously told the skin on her butt would never go back to normal and it did! Her tail pocket greatly improved but was decided the tail surgery is only way to completely resolve the issues she was having. Kiki had surgery for both her stenotic nares and tail pocket surgery and it was the best thing I’ve ever done for her! She seems so much more comfortable and happier. I cannot thank Dr.S enough! Fantastic, greatly knowledgeable vet that obviously loves her profession. I also greatly appreciated the front desk and techs. Everyone I’ve come into contact with has been professional and very pleasant!

I had to move away due to graduating and finding a job elsewhere. But I had to come here and leave a comment, and just express how much I miss this animal hospital. Dr. Kristina Weitzel took care of my cat, and is always super patient to explain everything. No other vet I had could have measured up with her.

This is an amazing group of Humans, who have always provided the best care for our family fur babies. Despite living an hour away now, we will continue our Cindy Lou's care here. They truly are fabulous.

Horton Animal Hospital has been our go to vet for nearly 15 years. From our first puppy until we had to put her down 14 years later - they helped us take the best care of her. Now that we have our new puppy they have already helped us make sure she has the best health as she continues to grow. Dr. Door is a wonderful Vet and we worked with several others as well. She helps take care of your pets as if they were her own
