(from Google)We moved to a new home, so started taking our dog here as our old daycare was too far. He would always try to resist going into that door. They have cameras but you rarely see your dog since they kennel them for half the day. I've since taken him somewhere else, and he's loving it.
This place is a bit questionable. Seems fine at first but my dog did not want to go back after several sessions. He kept pulling in the opposite direction and even peed on some equipment there when I was dropping him off one time, which should tell you everything you need to know. He's communicating something bad to me. I also think it's a shame they lock dogs up twice a day. What's the point? Let them run free! That's why we pay you! Picking up is such a painful process with all the dogs barking from their confinement in this echoey room. No wonder my dog gets stressed out and refuses to walk through the front door. Even one of the bigger selling points, the pool, is closed. The word is an injury happened there at one point which would make sense. But get rid of the pool and make use of the space! The owner has always been a bit snippy on the phone and in person, too. If you're unhappy why keep doing this? They also charge more if you use a credit card which is a bit absurd.
Lynn and her team took loving care of our boxers for four years. Both of our dogs loved going there - they always sprinted right to the door each morning and were treated like family. We cannot say enough good things and highly recommend Lynn and A Dog Gone Good Place!
They lost my puppy. Took them over two hours to find her and they even had to call the cops to help. Then the owner tried to lie to me and act like my dog was some sort of escape artist. After speaking to an employee, they informed me that someone actually left the doors open and that’s how she got out. After this experience I will never use a dog kennel ever again, especially this one. Now I hire someone to stay at my house with my dogs where they are comfortable and safe and cost about the same, if not less then my babies being in a kennel. Now they are writing saying they never lost her! Don’t believe them!!! Why would I lie about something like that. I can PROMISE you this took place!!!!
All my beautiful hair got shaved off :( Update: His hair has still not grown back. When I brought my animal here to have him groomed, I specifically asked not to cut his hair. When I received him back I was told that the groomer just decided to go ahead and give him a fade cut. This is caused a lower quality of life for him due to his inability to properly regulate body temperature. It is appalling that you hire an employee groomers that don't understand types of dog hair. I took him to the professional groomer that had been grooming him the rest of his entire life and she was appalled at how horrible his hair looked and how damaged it now is.
