Isla Verde Beach West

White sand, palm trees, safe, dog and kid friendly, clean with good vibes. Isla Verde Beach has it all, jet ski, parasailing, beachfront dining. Reasonable prices for longue/umbrella rental or just find a spot in the shade under a palm tree. Great way to spend the day at the perfect beach with shops and both fast food and fine dining within walking distance.

This beach had a great atmosphere with people out just having a good time. The water was warm and there was plenty of space on the sand bar to find a spot for yourself. The parrot sighting was super cool. It was fun seeing all the activities too such as jet ski, banana boat, and speed boats.

Great place to enjoy the beach during the day and at night too. Very safe and tranquil beach.

We stayed at The Royal Sonesta which is right on this beach. The beach is so nice and clean. They also have police patrolling to keep things nice. Bring bug spray just in case. The tiny biting midges were out and I didn’t realize until I was back home. They itch so intensely, worse than mosquitoes!

Beautiful stretch of beach where you’re likely to encounter just as many locals as tourists. Bring your chair/towel, a cooler and enjoy! There are also nearby bars, restaurants, and fast-food just off the beach. The Royal Sonesta has a walk up beach bar and covered seating with excellently poured drinks and food in a picturesque setting.
