The Pup Stop

Everyone is so nice and treated our dog with so much care. We have tried other places for nail trims and this is the only place Yuzu is comfortable going to. Thank you guys!

Great people really nice but when I picked up my puppy her hair was still matted around her face and I really didn't know that they wouldn't even clip the hair from her eyes I posted this review about the services I received and hope that I would've received a response from the owner explaining what went wrong. I have read reviews posted by others, so I believe this business is capable of doing good work. The response from the owner came in the form of an attack on my character and when I attempted to make another appointment, so I could make the changes to the services that I request, as well as to give the Pup Stop a chance to receive an updated positive review from me. Instead the owner seemed to have a problem dealing with peop le like me and I quote, " We definitely do not want to do business with people like you".

I've only gotten my dogs nails trimmed and filed here, but they take such good care of your pup. You can tell they genuinely love dogs and want to assist and make yours a member of their family while you visit. My dog is very shy, but they handle her with such care to where she is comfortable. Our dog spent a little over a week at the pup stop and it looks like he loved it. We received a “report card” every day with pictures, which was amazing. We missed Bowie and it was the first time we left him for longer than a weekend, so the report cards gave us peace of mind. We also felt like the pup stop was reasonably priced, especially compared to other dog boarding places. The staff that I encountered was very friendly and super sweet to our dog.

Groomer did a fantastic job with the baby. We'll be repeat customers and recommend them. The best bar none. Thanks for looking out for our baby.
