(from Google)For this am very disappointed. I was clear when I told the groomer to trim my puppys face area, paws, face around the chin, anal area and teeth brushing. None of this was done. Anyways, He looks very clean and the fur very well combed. Am greatful for that.
I really like most of the techs that work with the dogs in The grooming department. There's only been one time where I was disappointed with the services there. My dog came home and did not even smell like he'd had a bath. They were totally booked that day and we're running behind which made me think maybe he didn't even get bathed. Scooby seems to genuinely like going up there to get groomed and that's totally due to the people who handle him when he's there.
Finding the right Petco groomers to go to and closest to home has been tricky. We’ve tried quite a few and have decided to keep trusting this one specifically, for the care and quality results of our baby.
Avoid the male groomer at this location he will tug and pull your dogs paws while trimming their nails instead of letting go and waiting for them to clam down a bit before starting to cut their nails again (some dogs need a little more patience while getting their nails done) the groomer refused to let go of my dogs paw even after I stated that they were hurting him once he was done with the service my dog came out limping…. I would give zero stars if I could…..
Deangelo did a great job grooming Willow. He was very kind and communicative about the style of cut I wanted. Definitely will be returning to him in the future.
