Bought 4 trees today and was charged a different price than it was marked ! Was marked 49.99 I was charged 54.99 even after I pointed it out to the employee! Beware of spontaneous price increases

Rylan at the register was not friendly at all, seems like she didn't even want to be working.

Always helpful and friendly. Hate the parking lot, but we love our "chicken and feed store!"

I guess employees like ms Jackie dont necessarily need to wear t shirts that cover their whole upper body. Back-less t-shirts are completely appropriate and professional.

We stopped by to check out the self dog wash area. I was so excited to find out this store had the option. When we opened the door the smell of urines and obviously wet dog smell was overwhelming. There were five, 13 gallon laundry bags over flowing with dirty towels, it looked like possibly a weeks worth with how much was overflowing. The tub has not been clean, the floors were wet. Someone did a poor job of pushing the water, dog hair and pee to one side of the room. There was a lot more where that came from. The top of the machine itself was covered in weeks worth of dust and dog hair. With the recent outbreaks of stomach bugs the south has gotten and the normal amount bugs that vaccines don’t prevent 100% (stomach bugs, parvo, influenza, distemper…) I hold dog facilities to a high standard. This wash area was so disgusting, I have no doubt a pet or pet owner could get sick here. Here’s the positive, this situation can be fixed. Management needs to look in that room every 1-2 hours, there is no way a business owner would be okay with the way this looks and smells. You need a cleaning schedule every 1- 2 hours 1.) Remove all wet/dirty towels (it’s unsanitary and stinks) 2.) sweep/mop 3.) wipe down the machine, wash out the tub/ wipe it down 4.) wipe the areas that are touched by hands and feet (human and pets). Not only will a cleaning schedule have customers likely to come back it will also ensure longevity of equipment and facilities as well as prevent slip and falls (which easily could happen in what we saw today). I hope to update this with positive feedback one day but I will not bring my dog here, we’d rather drive out of town than put my dogs at risk.
