Amazing place to grab ramen. I love the happy hour, the food, the drinks, the service, all amazing. I have come back too and it was still amazing. The barria ramen has been my favorite so far, but I can’t wait to try more. Highly recommend for date night or even just a night out for happy hour.

We’ve tried Jinya in Phoenix before, but since it’s quite far from us, we haven’t been back. When I heard that this location opened, I was so excited to try it—and it did not disappoint. We arrived before the dinner rush, so we were seated right away. The restaurant was very nice inside, but since it was a beautiful day, we chose to sit outside. I loved that they have a mountain view and a giant fire pit, which made the atmosphere even better. The food was delicious, and the portions were generous. We will definitely be back.

Came here with my girls for a much-needed catch-up and this place is an absolute VIBE! We joined the waitlist through their site which made things super easy. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere had us hyped, great music, trendy decor with those gorgeous hanging lights, and just the right energy for a girls' night. It's the kind of spot where you want to dress cute and stay awhile. The cocktails were a highlight, beautifully crafted and perfectly balanced. The smoked Old Fashioned was such a fun touch with that little wooden smoker, and the matcha cocktail was smooth and refreshing. That pink dragonfruit drink! We each ordered different ramen bowls so we could compare, and honestly every single one was delicious. The spicy beef ramen had incredible depth—you could tell that broth had been simmering for hours. Fresh cilantro, tender meat, and the perfect kick of heat. If you're looking for good food AND a fun atmosphere, this is your spot. Great for date night or rolling up with your crew. Will definitely be back!

They have a wide variety of ramen bowls to choose from and the ability to add to your bowl was fun. Lots of small plates and the brussel sprouts were really good. The restaurant has plenty of outdoor seating and a fire pit that customers can eat around. Their adult beverage cocktail list has a few different drinks to select that are unique from other cocktail lists we have seen. Their wine list is limited and their bar seating is small. They bring a good option to this part of the city.

Jinya Ramen Bar’s new location in Peoria delivers a promising debut, solid 4 out of 5 overall despite only being open for five days. The energetic, modern space feels welcoming and the staff moves quickly and confidently, adding a layer of professionalism to the experience that’s rare for openings this fresh. Food HighlightsBirria ramen was enjoyable, rich in flavor but lacked the fiery “kick” some may crave for this fusion dish. Spicy vegan ramen offered robust taste, and the seasoned egg was truly standout—perfectly prepared and a textural delight. Margaritas were refreshing and well-balanced, though they could use a stronger alcoholic presence for a more classic cocktail experience. The 10-piece crispy chicken order arrived super greasy; not a dealbreaker given the team is clearly still dialing in their kitchen operations. Atmosphere and Service is impressive—fast, polished, and friendly, making guests feel at ease even during busy times. The location in Peoria’s growing dining corridor, is a lively spot for groups, families, or casual solo meals. Room to Improve a touch more spice in the birria ramen could make this dish shine. Kitchen consistency—especially with fried items—needs attention but should improve as the new team settles in. Jinya Peoria is off to a decent start, blending comforting ramen traditions with modern touches and a menu that caters to a variety of tastes. Early stumbles are forgivable, especially with their attentive staff and evident commitment to learning. This restaurant is worth revisiting once they’ve had time to polish their kitchen routines and fine-tune flavors.
