Great team here, skiddish Chihuahua did great! Went for a trim and file. Great price, Great staff. We were also able to call in and be seen on the same day. We tried calling all over Salinas and Monterey!! Barks and Bubbles saved the day. Our little guy kept snagging his nails in the carpet. We found our new place and are very thankful!!

Went in this morning to my puppies appointment, initially I rebooked one of the workers here ( I think her name is hope) because I really liked her and my puppy was okay with her as well, but that all changed today in the morning. I’ll admit my doggie was upset because he knew it was that time of the month for his trim, etc. I understand if she refused me service because of him being this way, but I didn’t appreciate her attitude and way of expression since the moment we walked in, I had rebooked with her once again because like I’ve mentioned , I liked her and was somewhat better than the rest of the staff because they all have terrible customer service , she said unnecessary comments such as “go figure it out, because im not taking him in” , “go take him somewhere else because im not dealing with this” , so like she said I will most definitely go figure out and go somewhere else even though this has been my location on the regular for consistently 3 years…

The staff here has been doing a great job at grooming our dog, but in particular, they went above and beyond when our dog got attacked by another dog outside of the establishment. The staff jumped into action and helped us out tremendously as we tried to figure out what to do after this incident occurred. They helped us locate open emergency vet services and also helped us physically get there. A million thanks to the incredible staff who did all that they could to help us out in a critical time of need. Thank you !!!

Anna does an excellent job of grooming our mini schnauzers every 6 weeks. We received many compliments about how great they look. Anna goes the extra mile in service. She comes out to the car to pick them up, and she brings them back to car. We are handicapped. It's difficult for us to get out of the car and back into the car. She saw how stressful it was for us to do that. This service really means so much to us.
