The staff has always been very kind and the Dr's have always been very helpful in making sure that I understand everything going on with my feline daughter. To the staff : when I asked to be notified about any cancellations so that my baby could be seen sooner than her original available appointment, it really meant so much to me when you guys reached out to me and made it happen. Thank you to all of the staff and Dr's.

Our visits To Coffee Road Animal Hospital have been an excellent experience for my dogs and me. The staff went beyond to care for my dogs. They gave thorough explanations on their procedures and follow up on everything. I am looking forward to a long experience with them. I would highly recommend Coffee Road Animal Hospital to anyone.

My dog saw Dr. Myers’s in November of 2025. She did a thorough exam and prescribed medication. My bill was almost 1000 dollars for blood work, antibiotics, and X-rays. My dog did not respond well to the medication, so I called the office multiple times. I was placed on hold for a very long time and received promises for a call back that never materialized. When I finally reached someone 2 days later, I was told that Dr. Myers was gone for a week. I was informed that other doctors would not help me since she was the one who prescribed the treatment. She was supposed to call me back the following week as well and never did. Despite the emergency treatment, my 13 year old beloved dog passed away at our home the day before Thanksgiving. Farewell From Home veterinarian, Dr. Alvarado, helped him to finally be free of pain. I am deeply disappointed in Coffee Road Animal Hospital. I have been telling everyone who asks for recommendations to avoid it at all cost. I’ve never had a vet not follow up. Every clinic that I’ve been to before, even speciality vets, always call for the next couple of days to follow up. Just awful.

Everyone was fantastic! My dog had an issue with her dewclaw, they took care of it in a timely manner and it was reasonably priced. I’ll definitely be coming back for all my veterinary needs.
