I absolutely love this store. Not only do they carry high-quality pet food, but what really sets them apart is their incredible staff. Every employee I’ve interacted with has been knowledgeable, genuinely helpful, and just a pleasure to talk to. I came in needing guidance for my foster dog with allergies, and they took the time to ask thoughtful questions and help me figure out the best food option. The recommendation worked so well that I ended up switching my own dogs to the same food—and I’ve seen real benefits for them too. It’s clear the staff truly care about animals and know what they’re talking about, not just trying to make a sale. This is the kind of place where you feel supported and confident in what you’re buying. I can’t recommend this store highly enough.

I rescued my pup 4 years ago and started taking her to Pet Planet for baths. I buy all my food and treats there. The staff are all very well trained and friendly. Totally recommend for you and your furry friend.

This is my go-to for my dogs' raw food. They eat Northwest Naturals chicken. They are conveniently located nearby. The associates are way more helpful than I expect them to be. You can't go wrong with this store.

We went to buy a specific collar brand that isn’t offered at the big box stores. They had a great selection. We walked right in before closing but were treated well. My anxious kelpie was keen to take a special treat from the cashier’s hand! We got the collar and special treats to calm my dog before the fireworks start!

Perfect place for pet parents! 🐶 Stopped by the use the self service dog wash on a Monday afternoon. No wait. The employee showed me how to use the dog wash and we were ready to go. The dog wash is $10 and took about 30 minutes total to wash a large dog from entry to exit. They supply shampoo, conditioner and two towels. My golden retriever was so clean and fresh after his bath, everyone at the dog park commented how soft he felt and how good he smelled. Highly recommend stopping by here to use the self wash and pick up some dog food or treats. In the day I went the whim we dog dental treats were on sale so I got a bunch. I spent $12 on a bunch of large dental chews for my pup, great value. Protip: bring some extra towels if you can. My dog was super wet and two towels wasn’t enough to get him dry.
