Carmel Groom & DIY Dog Wash

Had a great experience with Lauren grooming my doodle. My fur baby Layla normally dreads being groomed and is so anxious, but within minutes of arrival she went from shaky to intrigued and actually walked right back to the grooming station herself! I know it was because Lauren made her feel safe and welcomed. Layla actually fell asleep after being groomed while waiting for me to pick her up!😂❤️ and she loved getting to bring the toothbrush home that was used at her appointment😉 very positive experience, would highly recommend- thank you Lauren!

Tami is fantastic with our Maddie. She’s patient, the facility/process is great - no sitting in cages all day! I love that we can bring her in right before her appointment, she will get a fantastic groom, and then we pick her up right afterward. Easy peasy and no stress! Love this place and so glad we found it! Highly recommend!

This business is very well designed. From The parking where you pull up right in front of your groomer suite to the entry to the checkout. The whole process is so efficient. Plus Becca our groomer was fantastic. Our puppy loved her, felt very comfortable with her and as a result, we had a beautiful little dog When she was finished. I can’t recommend this outfit enough.

When I spoke to Lauren the first time she explained how they operate in detail, how they figure their pricing and how the groomer will communicate. The details were helpful in making choices for the dogs and it meant no surprises. Booking appointments are done online and communication is by text. The staff is quick to reply. However, they are friendly on the phone too if you are not a fan of doing things online. I always schedule with Becca. She is kind and friendly. The dogs are not stressed for the rest of the day because of the individualized environment. No kennels are needed with their business plan. You do need to plan to pick up as soon as your dog is done. Drop off and pick up is easy. It is easy to get into the parking lot and there are plenty of spots to park. If your dog just needs a bath but you would prefer to avoid a mess at your home, they have a DIY bath area. I cannot comment on this service because I haven't used it but I think it is a nice option especially for people with small spaces. Pricing is great for the area, quality of the service and the individual suite style of the business.

Lauren was the best! Very caring and took her time with my baby. Everyone was so nice and very professional. If you have a fur baby that has anxiety, I recommend Lauren very highly. Took me in right away, no questions asked. Was so caring with my baby Cricket. I rated them a 4 because I was uncertain about the nails but after Lara reached out and explained little more about the nail process I would like to give a 5. Lauren deserves 10 stars.
