San Dimas Grain

(1/30/26 around 1:30pm ) Just left this store feeling uncomfortable . Let me just say this place is my go to for my dog’s food but unfortunately the girl working in the back today was not being friendly like the rest of the staff I usually see. It’s safe to say I’m not the only one experiencing bad customer service.

1 star review , terrible. do not purchase. they do not keep any documents for your pet, lady shawna was rude and ignorant. when i called a guy answered the phone then out of nowhere lady snatched the phone. "i have to go" without any help that i needed. after i explained my situation , shawna should be fired. i will report this to san dimas city of how a terrible disorganized store this is. a pet store should be able to have past documents in case it gets lost. we pay so much money to care for these pets the least they can do is hand out the important documents its 2025, upgrade your systems!!! Or better yet have a better staff!!! NEVER SHOPPING HERE AGAIN.

The products in the store are fine and moderately priced, however, one of the staff members is incredibly rude. I’ve had the misfortune of interacting with her twice, and each time, I am shocked that she has a job. She is not only unfriendly, but she also has zero knowledge of the products carried in her store. Based on her treatment of customers and lack of knowledge, I will not be returning to the store.

Come to this place for our dogs and bunnies. They have lots of good for your animals products at good prices. They cater to many different animals. Farm animals, domeatic pets. They also do adoptions of a mix of animals. There is alot to see here alawys something new. Definitly check it out. Its in the small little town of san dimas. Very nice place.

Location:Good, Parking:Okay, Service: Okay, Pros: Large amount of various feed for animals as well as other items. Cons: did not really see any. Overall: This was a first-time visit as I have past numerous times. I never knew the sheer size of the place until I walked in. I was amazed at all the different types of feed they had, and some I had never known existed. Based on my walk through, if you can't find it here, I would be amazed. I did notice that it took a while for someone to ask if I needed help. That was a bit surprising. I did get something for my sister's puppy. And the price was not too bad. So for this trip, 3.8 stars...
