Balancing Paws Dog Training

Yoni and his team saved my dog! When he lost his brother, he became so depressed and anxious, I feared I was going to lose him next. He started having both behavioral and medical issues and my vet gave me information on Balancing Paws. After working with Yoni, my dog and I started bonding on a deeper level and I am so happy to report that one year later, he is happier than I've ever seen him. He is better trained than he ever was but more importantly, he is calm and content and I can tell he feels safe. I can't say enough about Balancing Paws and what they did for us. We’ve been working with Yoni for training and I couldn’t be happier. Bodhi has made real progress with focus, impulse control, and confidence around other dogs. Yoni explains things clearly and makes training feel doable and realistic.

We cannot thank John enough. Coming home to a destroyed house or a high strung dog was a nightmare. John gave us practical real world training exercises that allowed us and our dog to live a more stress free life. Thank you again, highly recommend John to anyone who needs their dog in check. (When training, there is no use of chain, choke, or shock collars. All training is food and behavior motivated.)

We recently took our new 1 year old rescue pup Kenny to Balancing Paws for a 2 week boot camp training. He had been a stray and he lacked confidence when outside with pretty much everything. When we picked him up and took him for a walk next to a busy street we were amazed with his new found confidence! He had no recall either before he went to BP and now when we call him he comes running. We couldn't be happier. We are continuing with the group classes that come with the training to continue to keep learning. We actually found Yoni at BP over 11 years ago and our 2 pups then were trained there. We were always asked how we got our dogs to be so well behaved. As you can see from the photo the 12 year old still does place really well and now so does Kenny! Yoni, John and Jenna are outstanding.

Balancing Paws came highly recommended from a neighbor about a year ago. The location is almost an hour from my house so I didn’t look into it. HUGE REGRET! We had our first 1:1 training here and LOVED IT! The drive was worth it! After almost 2 years of working with trainers, Balancing Paws has a new approach and we saw a little improvement in the first session! I am excited to learn more and help my doggo be his best version. The property from the street doesn’t look big but you walk through the gates and it’s a doggy heaven in the backyard! Extremely clean and organized with lots of different equipment for the dogs. I would highly recommend!
