(from Google)We visited for dinner over the weekend and were immediately struck by the bright, positive atmosphere. The food was excellent across the board. I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary soup, salad, and kimchi—all of which were incredibly flavorful. For our main course, we had the chicken wings and the spicy chicken dinner. The wings were perfectly breaded and flaky, while the chicken dinner was well-spiced and very filling. The side of kimchi rice was another highlight. The only area for improvement is the ordering process. You are required to order via a QR code, but the mobile site lacks dish descriptions. Hopefully, they can update the interface to provide more detail for future guests. Overall, a great experience!
Authentic Korean fare. Marinated vegetables before meal were fantastic! Main courses of Bibimbap and Bento Box were really good. Hot barley tea and green tea were good too. Very generous portions. Brought back enough food for a second meal 🙂.
Had dinner here with some friends and overall it was pretty good. The side dishes and galbi were authentic tasting but the rest was an Americanized version of Korean food. The wait staff were great and the overall experience was pretty good!!!
Stopped at BaBbi BaBbi for lunch. Service was fast and thorough. The food was fabulous. I had the marinated pork with purple rice. It came with Miso soup and sides (traditional kimchi, kimchi radish, white kimchi, sweet pickled daikon, and marinated tomatoes). Everything was prepared nicely and the portion was enough to fill me up and take home leftovers for another meal. I really liked the garnishes like sauteed scallions, crispy fried shallots and toaste sesame seeds, which added texture and helped to highlight the mama flavors of the sweet and salty pork. The prices are very reasonable.
We ordered ample dishes, and every single one exceeded our expectations. Each one had a distinct flavor, even if the dishes had overlapping ingredients. Our beef bulgogi and galbi were well-seasoned and tender. The sliced pickled radish brought bright additions to the savory meats. Our gooey cheese corn was another flavorful contrast. We ate crispy bean sprouts, the exact opposite of the seaweed soup. All the flavors and textures were an interesting combination that worked in the best way. The only exception to the tasty meal was the Korean fried wings in spicy Gochujang sauce. The breading on the wings was extra thick, and the Gochujang since was not spicy. We got our meal to-go, and it tasted as fresh as if we ate in the restaurant. We recommend going back, and we’re excited to dine inside.
