We took our long hair mini dachshund to Oops! Not only were they well priced but they also did a great job! We are so thrilled to have found our new groomer!

We get the full groom for our dog, Penny and she looks good consistently every time. I like how they keep notes about what style we want and how long we like her fur to be. Making an appointment is easy and pick up a couple of hours later makes it a breeze. We would definitely recommend this shop!

We took our 110-pound golden retriever, Kevin, to Oops Pet for a bath and groom for the first time today. When I reached out for a quote, they told me it would be around $110–$120, which seemed fair. I was pleased that we were able to get an appointment the very next morning. The shop itself has a super cute aesthetic, and they also sell pet merchandise. Drop-off was smooth - we just had to sign a waiver and show Kevin’s vaccination records. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and let us know it would take about two and a half hours and that they would text us when he was ready. Two and a half hours later, we got the text. When we picked him up, Kevin smelled great and looked fresh. I had requested a nail trim, some fur trimming, and an ear cleaning (but no anal gland expression), and they delivered on all of that. Overall, I was really happy with the experience. I especially appreciate supporting smaller, local businesses over big chains (I’ll never take Kevin back to PetSmart for grooming again). Based on today’s experience, I’d definitely recommend Oops Pet for your pet’s grooming needs, and we’ll likely be back.

Updating post : This groomer is amazing! They do quality work and take such good care of our puppy. They are very efficient w time and won’t keep your dog for all day just to get groomed. Their price is so reasonable. We had a great experience here . This is our fav dog groomer in Irvine. Our dog looks so cute and perfect and they have e excellent customer service.
