Dr Woods and the staff take great care of our cat. We’ve been going to All Creatures for many years now. They’re caring and efficient. I appreciate that they are always on time with appointments. And we never feel rushed.

We always have a great experience at All Creatures. Always have all our questions and concerns answered along with great recommendations and help no matter the situation. We're thankful for a great vet that cares for our dog as much as we do!

I truly wanted to have a positive experience with this clinic, but unfortunately it has fallen short in several important ways.While they seem comfortable handling routine visits, they are not dependable in urgent or emergency situations, often redirecting patients elsewhere when care is needed most. The pricing is on the higher side compared to other clinics, yet the level of service doesn’t match the cost. Staff turnover is noticeable, and communication has been inconsistent — requests often go unanswered. Most concerning, my pet’s records were held for several days after I requested them, which could have delayed access to emergent care that was urgently needed. It feels like this clinic is better suited for simple, scheduled appointments rather than comprehensive veterinary support. For families seeking reliable, responsive, and consistent care — especially in emergencies — I would recommend looking at other options.

The staff at All Creatures took care of our dog as if she was their own pet. They kept us updated regarding her condition. We felt she received the best care we could ever ask for.

We love All Creatures!! My parents have been taking our dogs here since before I was born and Dr. Motley was the main vet. I currently live in KC, but continue to bring my dog to All Creatures as we haven’t found a vet office that compares. We typically see Dr. Fischer, but when she hasn’t been available, we have seen Dr. Haas and she is fabulous too. They both explain things so well, take time to make your dog feel comfortable, and make sure you as the owner know what to expect moving forward. Everyone at All Creatures is very friendly and the office as a whole is very responsive whether calling or sending an email. I also find their prices to be pretty affordable. I can’t recommend All Creatures enough!!
