(from Google)Took 4 kids on a nature walk. Ages 9,7,4,4. The trail was clean and clear and paved. Perfect for walking. We got to cross 2 bridges across the river and saw tons of nature including mushrooms, squirrels, vultures, turtles, and insect life.
Great level pathway raised from the ground. Had a picnic with my mom then went for a walk and she (scared of snakes) was very comforted by the clear maintained pathways.
First time here to walk or "hike." Great blend of paved and wilder forest trails. I was able to relax in switching off my mind in the forest. I also love the lake and also some wide open spaces. They even have an open air stage hidden on the southern side of the park.

It has an easy access to the nature with trails to walk around. Woods, lake, birds, and so on. It is an amazing place to take a stroll with family.
