MY dog is itching with alopecia, and we had to put him on steroids. After grooming he got alopecia, severe allergies with reddness & Ithcing due to usage of low qulaity products. My wife and I have spent over $700 in vet fees. Trust me avoid this place , it legitimately only takes one bad visit. My baby has skin patches and eye allergies. We also got blood work done to make sure everything was good. Avoid this place - coming from a concerned pet parent DO NOT GO HERE !! you might be the one to suffer

Took my Toy Yorkie Maximus here this past weekend. I had to drug him because he is very hyper and didn't let the groomer do her job the last time. I gave specific instructions to NOT CUT HAIR ON TOP OF HIS HEAD, BECAUSE I had plans to a blow out, and the groomer decided to cut it because he had some knot (supposedl) even though I told her not to cut it. Then she didn't finish grooming Max and left alot of hair all over his body. She even left his nails without being cut or trimmed. Now because if that groomer, Max suffered a broken nail on his right paw, and was bleeding alot. Max was bleeding so much, that I had to take him to the vet. Now because of that groomer, I will not be taking Max there again, nor will I recommend anyone to barkingham palace. I should be reimbursed the $82 the groomer charged me, and left my dog like crap.

Great place!! My dog is happy there .. I AM HAPPY!! Simple like that! Highly recommend this place.

I had a wonderful experience here . As a first time dog mom they made sure to alleviate my concerns and answer all my questions . They were super kind and understanding & I’ll definitely be coming back here ! They made sure my 3 month old pup looked perfect.

This place was recommended by a friend and it was great!! Ollie (3 month golden doodle) went for his first visit ever and the groomers had lots of patience with him. The groomer that met me and Ollie was very understanding of what I wanted for Ollie. As a first time dog mom they were very reassuring. Ollie’s grooming session was an hour and a half long. After his session, he looked beautiful and was sporting a cute blue bandana around his neck. We will definitely be back & I totally recommend Barkingham Palace.
