What a pleasant experience! I called to make an appointment for my dog who had been vomiting. They got him in that same day. Dr. Dawson was pleasant and thorough. What a nice guy!! The entire team was awesome and services are reasonably priced. Thanks for taking good care of my baby!!

I cannot thank Dr. Robinson and the team at Riverside Animal Hospital enough for the care they gave my cat, Leo. He was extremely sick and needed emergency attention, and they took him in right away without hesitation. Dr. Robinson was compassionate, attentive, and really took the time to listen to my concerns and what Leo was going through. In a stressful situation, it meant a lot to feel heard and to know my cat was in capable hands. The pricing was also very reasonable, especially considering the urgency of the situation. Most importantly, Leo received the immediate care he needed. I’m incredibly grateful for their professionalism, kindness, and dedication. If you’re looking for a veterinarian who truly cares about both the pet and the owner, I highly recommend Dr. Robinson at Riverside Animal Hospital.

Unfortunately, you can have a great vet and staff but if the practice owner is greedy and doesn’t know how to effectively run the operations of a business, it doesn’t matter. This clinic is EXTREMELY overpriced to the point where it’s very concerning. For a CBC with diff they are charging just shy of $400. For a cerenia injection for a 85-90 pound dog they are charging $230. That’s quite literally insane and the owner should be ashamed of themselves. This is just a very poorly ran business and it’s at the expense of the patients. I honestly feel bad for the staff, they deserve to work for someone with integrity. Dr Robinson is good. Very kind, great bedside manner. Dr. Crance is a whole other story. He is incredibly rude and dismissive. He doesn’t even seem to actually like animals to be honest which is wild for a veterinarian. Like some of these other comments say, he doesn’t treat the staff well and he always makes me feel very uncomfortable and unheard. I will not be returning and no I’m not interested in your outreach. It’s important people know what type of highway robbery business is being ran here before they decide to trust their animals to this practice. My priority isn’t to be price gouged, it’s to work collaboratively with a vet that has my dogs best interest at heart.

I live in the UK, but as I am originally from the USA, I travel back frequently and need to arrange animal health certificates. Every single time I have done so, it has been a nightmare. Even routine check-ups for my dog have often been unpleasant experiences. This is the first practice I have encountered that was not merely adequate, but genuinely excellent. The team are thorough, polite, clear, and treat owners as knowledgeable partners rather than piggy banks. They are also extremely well-priced In particular, I would like to thank Dr. Crance. He was absolutely wonderful.

Riverside Animal Hospital is the only veterinary clinic I would recommend. My baby, Cici, had multiple tumors. I took him to different clinics and was brushed aside many times. He saw five different vets. They prescribed antibiotics and pain medication for a month and a half, but nothing stopped the growth of his masses. I was distraught and had not slept or taken care of myself since January. I did not want to make him suffer any longer. He could not lie down properly and was sleeping 22 hours a day while on gabapentin. He was loafing in pain. The previous vets said he was fine because he was eating, drinking, and cuddling. However, Dr. Robinson explained that cats are good at hiding their pain. On the day of his euthanasia, just two days after my appointment here, Cici stopped purring, and his pupils became uneven in size. She was right about his sharp decline. Dr. Robinson validated my concerns and, instead of suggesting treatments that would cost between $5,000 and $20,000, she simply told me that the best thing to do was to euthanize him. While I was hysterical and heartbroken, she told me the truth about his condition, unlike other vets who seemed more focused on making money / prolonging his pain / my mental health. Even though I would have spent any amount necessary, she was honest with me. She spoke to me for over an hour in a calm, gentle tone. While my heart aches and my mind is numb, I am grateful that she put my cat’s best interests first. She asked me how I would feel if I had multiple growths and had to undergo endless surgeries. That was enough for me to realize I could not let him suffer any longer. I still feel horrible and unsure if I should have waited longer, but Dr. Robinson’s guidance on doing it sooner rather than later brings me some comfort. Still, I am struggling with immense guilt. I truly appreciate Riverside Animal Hospital for their honesty, hospitality, and compassion for animals. They value your pets even more than you do, and I admire that. Thank you.
